The company will NOT sell, share, or distribute any contact information to any third party for
marketing, solicitation, or unrelated services. Employee contact information will be stored securely and
used solely for authorized business purposes.
3. Opt-In / Opt-Out
Participation in SMS communication is optional. Employees and or customer may Opt-In by signing the consent form below.
Employees may Opt-Out at any time by notifying management in writing or replying “STOP” to any
SMS message.
4. Message Frequency and Content
Messages will be limited to necessary company communications and will not include unrelated marketing
content. Frequency will vary based on operational needs, but the company will avoid excessive messaging.
